Order Processing Time
Orders are handed over to the carrier within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, it will typically arrive within 1–3 days, depending on the distance between the delivery address and Ankara. Deliveries are not made on public holidays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs 100 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 1,500 TL or more.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are delivered securely via our contracted shipping partner, UPS.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will wait a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 30 days for the product to become available. If the product cannot be supplied within this period, your payment will be refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email address.
